Employer Academy, Recruitment Meets the Classroom
Employer Academy is an OSU Career Services employer education program. The Academy is designed to offer ‘quick-tip’ instructional videos, a series of webinar courses, workshops, and online resources. Our team is committed to helping you learn college recruitment best practices, showing you what it takes to connect with Oklahoma State University (and more) successfully, and offers practical advice on how to recruit the right candidates for your organization. Our programming is intentionally designed for recruiters from all experience levels and industries.

Join us for our annual Employer Workshop, a one day professional development conference featuring current trends, challenges and best practices related to college recruiting. Hiring managers, human resources professionals and recruiters gain a preparedness for the upcoming recruiting season and an excitement for engaging with OSU students. Registration for this event will open spring 2021.
