Construction Industry Career Fair

Registration: Register for the Construction Industry Career Fair!

Time/Location:
OSU Stillwater Campus
9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Wes Watkins Center, Exhibit Hall

Description:
We look forward to welcoming you to campus for the Construction Industry Career Fair. Join us to make connections with OSU students from Construction Engineering Technology and other related programs.

Career Fair Agenda:

• Employer Check-In: 8 - 9:30 a.m.
• Career Fair: 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Employer Lunch: 12 - 1 p.m.
• Student Interviews: 1 - 5 p.m.

Invoicing: All invoicing will begin on Monday, June 5th.
After Monday, June 5th, an invoice, with payment instructions, will be sent via email within two business days of registration. All major credit cards are accepted along with check payments. We are unable to take payment over the phone due to privacy and security issues.

Registration Fees:

1. Fees include: Employer hospitality, parking, lunch, and refreshments for up to three representatives, advertising/marketing, and booth space (space includes 8ft table, black tablecloth, and three chairs). 2. Payment instructions will be emailed within two business days of receiving your registration request.	Early Fee Ends 8/4/2023	Standard Fee After 8/5/2023
Construction Industry Career Fair	$450	$500
OSU Department Standby Status OSU Departments that would like to attend free of charge can be placed on a standby list. If space is available, departments will be notified by email on Monday, October 2, 2023. To secure a space at the event, OSU Departments may register under the Graduate School rate.	$0	$0
